Unlike a traditional hotel or a secluded apartment, our guesthouse offers the convenience of a spacious living area and a fully equipped shared kitchen, ideal for those who want to organize their breaks with complete freedom. This shared space includes a refreshment area dedicated to a convenient "do-it-yourself" breakfast, included in the price of your stay. It's stocked daily with packaged products, two espresso machines, a kettle for tea and herbal teas, a toaster, and a microwave. Adding to this flexibility is the invaluable value of our free private parking: the entire property is fenced and protected by a secure gate, allowing you to park your car and return at any time without the stress of searching for parking after a day at the beach.

To ensure harmonious coexistence and maximum comfort for all our guests, Tenuta Rapillo adopts a transparent and streamlined management system, adjusted according to seasonal tourist flows. During the months of May, June, and September, we guarantee maximum flexibility, accepting reservations for just one night; in July, the minimum stay is two nights, while in the central month of August, we accept reservations for a minimum of five nights. We remind guests that, due to internal regulations, pets are unfortunately not permitted. Furthermore, the entire estate is designed for inclusiveness: while partially accessible, it is ideal for guests with limited mobility thanks to two specific rooms that—in addition to featuring, like all our accommodations, their own private bathroom—offer completely independent and barrier-free access directly from the outdoor patio and garden.
